Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. But in case you don't - we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit when returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to receive specific instructions for returning merchandise.
Once you receive return instructions specific to your order, and ship your return to us, please email us the tracking number. This number becomes your Exchange/Store Credit Transaction ID. Merchandise returned without this number cannot be processed, so please do not return merchandise without providing us with this number.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
• Merchandise that has been worn, damaged or not in original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Rhinestone items are not returnable.
• Hygienic items i.e. lingerie, swimwear, piercings, etc are not returnable.
• All Sale merchandise is final sale.
